NIC FM Services Group Continues its Support for Yorkshire Cricket Pathways Programme

NIC FM Services Group is proud to announce the continuation of its partnership with the Yorkshire Cricket Pathways Programme for a third consecutive year, reinforcing its long-term commitment to developing grassroots and youth sport across the region.

The Yorkshire Cricket Pathways Programme plays a vital role in identifying, nurturing and supporting the next generation of cricketing talent across both the girls’ and boys’ game. It provides a structured development environment that helps young players progress through regional age groups, while also focusing on personal growth, discipline, education and wellbeing alongside sporting performance.

As part of this year’s ongoing support, NIC FM Services Group joined the pathway team during the week to present the Yorkshire U16 Boys squad with their official playing kit. The visit offered an opportunity to meet the players, parents, coaches and support staff, while recognising the dedication and effort required to reach this stage of their development journey.

The partnership reflects NIC FM Services Group’s wider commitment to promoting sport for all and improving accessibility to sporting opportunities for young people, regardless of background. By supporting initiatives such as the Yorkshire Cricket Pathways Programme, NIC FM Services Group aims to help remove barriers to participation and ensure that talent and ambition can be supported at every level.
