Congratulations to Paul Robertson, ISCM at Tesco Consett Genesis Extra, who has been presented with a Pride of NIC Award in recognition of his outstanding commitment to health, safety and colleague wellbeing.

Paul consistently leads by example, championing the very highest standards of health and safety, not only within his own store but across the wider cluster. His proactive approach, willingness to support others and close collaboration with our HSEQ team have helped strengthen our safety culture while contributing to the prevention of injuries and ill health.
