This weekend, we were proud to support Pride Leeds 2026, celebrating diversity, equality and the freedom for everyone to be their authentic selves.
A huge congratulations and thank you to our fantastic NIC colleagues who took part in the event. Your enthusiasm, professionalism and pride in representing our business reflected the values that make NIC such a great place to work.

Supporting events like Pride is about more than simply being present. It’s about standing alongside our colleagues, customers and communities, recognising that diversity strengthens teams, encourages innovation and helps create workplaces where everyone feels respected, valued and able to succeed.
