NIC Mentors Help Priesthorpe Students Prepare for the World of Work

NIC FM Services Group celebrates another inspiring milestone in our partnership with Co-op as we celebrated the successful completion of the Co-op REACH Mentor Programme with our latest cohort of students from Priesthorpe School.

It was fantastic to see every student successfully complete the programme, receiving their certificates after six months of hard work, growth and commitment. The celebration was full of energy, with motivational talks, interactive activities and plenty of well-deserved recognition for the achievements of these incredible young people.

A special thank you to Jo Sykes, Director of CEIAG at Co-op Academies Trust, who recognised NIC for a second successful year of mentoring with Priesthorpe School and thanked our team for the dedication and commitment shown in helping prepare these young people for the world of work.

We’re incredibly proud of our colleagues who volunteered their time and expertise throughout the programme. Thank you to Pete Langsdale, National Operations Director, Sarah Robinson, Co-op Distribution Director, Julie Cancellara, Head of Quality, Training & Development and Alastair Branson IT Operations Lead, who have supported and mentored the students over the past six months.

At NIC, we believe that creating opportunities, building confidence and investing in future talent is just as important as the services we deliver every day. Congratulations to every student on this fantastic achievement, we can’t wait to see where your journey takes you next.
