NIC Services Group has today announced some major changes to their existing sales structure, with the appointment of four new members to their team including two senior management positions. The new appointments are: Alex Gavrilovic as Sales Director (pictured), Paul Castle as Solutions Director, Alexander Lawrence Gavrilovic as Solutions Manager and Rhys Williams as Commercial Manager.
This major investment in the NIC sales team is part of NIC’s continued growth and expansion strategy.
Alex Gavrilovic has been involved in the cleaning industry for over 30 years and has progressed to his current position of National Sales Director. Alex has hit targets in excess of £1 Billion during his career. He leads by example, rolls his sleeves up and gets involved with all bids and prides himself on his technical and consultative approach to client solutions. He builds deep and longstanding customer trust and is recognised as one of the very best in the business.

Paul Castle has over 27 years of industry experience. He has sold in excess of £600 Million of soft service accounts during that time. He is widely considered to be a leading crestor online innovator in the business, and his approach to innovation has proved to be ground-breaking and revolutionary and a vital part of his success.

Alexander Lawrence Gavrilovic has been involved in the facilities industry since 2013. He has already firmly cemented himself in the industry having sold millions of pounds of contracts including some world famous iconic landmarks. Alex is passionate about people and technology.
Rhys Williams has worked in the industry since 2006 and is responsible for the contract negotiations, science, productivities and costs behind our proposals and is a detailed and thorough individual with superb analytical skills.
