The housekeeping team at The Holiday Inn, Elstree are doing a fantastic job having recently scored 100% from guest reviews for room cleanliness.
Maria Mestre, NIC Director for the Hotels & Leisure Division said “I am very proud of how quickly we have turned around the cleanliness crestor online scores since we took over the contract in September and the impact it has had on guests satisfaction and subsequently, their comments on guest surveys.”
