John has been with NIC for over 35 years. During this time, he has experienced most aspects of the cleaning industry. His drive and enthusiasm has taken the company from a small operation to the national cleaning and support service operation it is today. |

Ken Atherton - National Operations Director
Ken has been in the cleaning industry for 27 years. He has a very strong retail background combined with a vast knowledge of other sectors including leisure and education. He joined NIC in 2005 and was promoted to National Operations Director in 2007. |

John Pinnick - Managing Director
John has been in senior management since 1980 with a background in sales, training and development. He joined NIC in 1996 and was appointed to the Board in 2004. |

Steve Wands - Support Services Director
Steve has 30 years senior management experience and has been with NIC for 20 years. Within NIC he has progressed from Regional Operations Manager to Main Board Director responsible for operational activities and support services for the Company. |

Simon Tidswell - Group Financial Director
Simon is CIMA Qualified and is also a certified member of the Institute of Directors. He has a broad depth of financial experience having worked in service and manufacturing industries before joining NIC in 1998. Simon was appointed to the Board in 2006. |

Tony Phelps - Sales & Marketing Director
Tony has been involved in contract cleaning and facilities management for over 18 years. His career has spanned the media, retailing and brewery industries, working with major clients throughout the UK. Tony joined NIC in 2000. |
