Sales Executive

£15k basic
OTE £21 – 23k (uncapped)

Salary starts at £15k but rises to £17k after successful completion of the sales development program. NIC Services Group Ltd is looking to recruit a B2B Telesales Executive to join our Leeds based Sales Development Team making appointments and developing business opportunities for a multi-million pound turnover cleaning and support services company, directly to major blue chip clients throughout the UK.

The role includes:

• To create sales opportunities in a B2B environment and ultimately increase revenue through new and existing customers
• Meeting and exceeding targets
• Appointment making and lead generation
• Maintaining and updating customer database
• Associated admin duties

Skills required include:

• Ideally some experience working within a Business to Business sales environment
• Confident and friendly telephone manner
• Target driven
• Self Motivated with a desire to succeed
• Excellent time management skills
• Computer literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work under pressure

Telesales experience is a must but B2B is desirable as full training will be provided for the right candidates. We are looking for confident target driven individuals.
